大黄、虎杖、何首乌止血作用的比较研究

摘    要:目的采用多批次商品药材混合粉末水提物比较大黄、虎杖、何首乌的止血作用。方法将10批次的大黄、虎杖、何首乌药材粉碎,分别将10批次的同种药材等比混匀,以各药材的混合粉末水提物给药。采用毛细玻管法测定小鼠的凝血时间,计算凝血时间缩短率。结果大黄、虎杖、何首乌均有缩短小鼠凝血时间的作用,且随着剂量的增加作用增强。结论多批次商品药材混合的方法适用于不同药材间同一药效的比较,既节约资源,又增强了代表性和重复性。实验结果表明,大黄的止血作用最强,其次为虎杖,何首乌最弱。

Abstract:Objective To compare the haemostatic effect of Rhei radix et rhizoma(RRR),Polygoni cuspidati radix et rhizoma(PCRR) and Polygoni multiflori radix(PMR) with mixed powder water extract of ten batches,respectively.Methods Ten batches powder of RRR,PCRR and PMR were mixed in equal quantity,respectively,to produce three mixed powder water extract.Glass capillary method was used to determine blood coagulation time of mice,and the rates of shortened coagulation time were calculated.Results RRR,PCRR and PMR all have the effect of shortening the blood coagulation time in mice in dose-dependent way.Conclusion Mixed powder from different batches of crude drug is more reasonable than single batch for medicinal effect comparison of different drugs.In the same dosage,RRR and PMR showed the strongest and the weakest haemostatic effect,respectively,and the effect of PCRR was slightly weaker than that of RRR but stronger than that of PMR.
