摘    要:目的建立同时测定黄芪饮片中毛蕊异黄酮苷、刺芒柄花苷、毛瑞异黄酮和刺芒柄花素的方法。方法 HPLC-UV测定,色谱条件为Shimadzu VP-ODS C18分析柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温30℃;流动相为A0.5mL.L-1甲酸水溶液,B乙腈,梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长254nm。结果该方法能够同时对黄芪中4个成分进行含量测定,精密度、稳定性、回收率均能够满足含量测定要求。结论该方法简便、灵敏,结果可靠,可用于黄芪饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the 4 components in Radix Astragali.Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The column temperature was 30 ℃,the mobile phases were 0.5 mL·L-1 formic acid solution and acetonitrile,gradient elution was carried out,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The established HPLC method was successfully utilized to determine the 4 constituents with satisfactory precision,stability and recovery.Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive and reliable,and it could be used for the quality control of Radix Astragali.
