金玄痔科熏洗散联合派瑞松治疗肛周湿疹临床观察

目的观察金玄痔科熏洗散联合派瑞松治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效和复发情况。方法选取67例慢性肛周湿疹的患者按照不同的治疗方法分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴外洗、派瑞松外涂的方法；对照组则采用温盐水坐浴、派瑞松外涂。每疗程10d，用药3个疗程后，比较两组疗效，3个月、6个月后观察复发率情况。结果治疗组在有效率，3个月、6个月复发率与对照组比较分析，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论金玄痔科熏洗散联合派瑞松治疗慢性肛周湿疹治愈率高，复发率低，不良反应少。

Clinical observation of Jin xuan zhike fumigating and washing powder combined with pevisone on the treatment of chronic perianal eczema

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence of JiM xuan zhike fumigating and washing powder combined with pevisone on the treatment of chronic perianal eczema. Methods Select 67 cases patients with chronic peranal eczema according to the different methods were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were given Jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder combined with pevisone,while patients in control group were given warm salt water plus pevisone.Each course of treatment for 10 days,after 3 courses of medication,compared two groups of curative effect.After 3 months,6 months to observe the recurrence rate. Results The treatment group in effective and the recurrence rate in 3 months,6 months compared with the control group,differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder combined with pevisone on the treatment of chronic perianal eczema,were cure rate is high,the recurrence rate is low,less adverse reaction.
