超敏C反应蛋白水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性分析

目的探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉造影病变程度与血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平的关系。方法选择2010年3月～2013年2月本院心内科收治的临床可疑冠心病患者282例，同时进行冠状动脉造影检查及超敏c反应蛋白的测定，并进行比较分析。结果冠心病组血清hs—CRP水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；冠状动脉病变支数各组（由单支到多支）hs—CRP水平呈递增趋势，各组差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）；冠脉狭窄各组血清hs—CRP水平较对照组明显增高（P〈0．05），且随冠状动脉狭窄程度加重，血清hs-CRP增高明显，各组问比较均有显著性差异（P〈O．05）；Spearman秩相关分析表明，hs—CRP与冠状动脉病变支数和狭窄程度均呈正相关（P〈0．05），相关系数分别为0．175，0．173。结论hs—CRP水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度有相关性，随着冠状动脉病变程度加重，hs—CRP水平显著增高。

Association of high sensitive C-reactive protein with severity of coronary artery lesion

Objective To investigate the relationship between the intensity of coronary artery lesions and the level of highsensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）. Methods A total of 282 suspective patients were performed coronary artery angiography. The levels of hs-CRP and the intensity of coronary artery disorder were recorded. Results The level of hs-CRP in CHD group was markedly higher than that in normal group（P 〈 0.05）.The levels of hs-CRP in 2 branch and 3 branch lesions subgroup were markedly higher than that in single branch subgroup（P 〈 0.05）.The levels of hs-CRP increased with index of coronary arterial lesion（P 〈 0.05）.The levels hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with the extent and index of coronary arterial lesion（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hs-CRP increase along with aggravation in the severity of coronary lesion.
