| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医对癌因性疲乏的治疗作用。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组采用中医辨证施治，其余治疗同对照组，两组患者均在人组时及入组后2周各做一次疲乏及生活质量等量表的评定。结果治疗组癌因性疲乏有明显改善，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前后比较，生活质量评分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中医可减轻癌因性疲乏的程度并可改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on cancer-related fatigue. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （50 cases each）. Patients in the treatment group were given TCM dialectical treatment plus a same treatment given to the control group. Two groups were evaluated fatigue and quality of life （QOL） at their enrollment and week 2. Results Cancer-related fatigue in the treatment group improved obviously. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant with respect to fatigue （P 〈 0.05）; Scores of QOL after treatment significantly differed from that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM can reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the patient＇s QOL. |
