| 摘 要： | 目的建立当归藤中儿茶素的含量高效液相色谱法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定，色谱柱为C18柱（5μm，4．6×250mm），流动相为甲醇-0．5％冰乙酸溶液（15：85），检测波长为280nm。结果儿茶素进样量在0．26～1．35μg之间与峰面积值呈现良好的线性关系，r=0．9997，平均回收率为98．26％，RSD为2．6％（n=6）。结论所建立的含量测定方法可行，质量可控，稳定性良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Catech in the Embelia parviflora Wall by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on an C18 column（5 μ m,4.6 x 250mm） using methanol-0.1% H3PO4（15 ： 85） as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 280nm determinate scutellarin of barbata. Results The linear range of scutellarin was 0.26 - 1.35 μg,the mean recovery was 98.26% with RSD 2.6%（n=6）. Conclusion The method of determination is feasible formulated granules could be control lable in quality and shows good stability. |
