规范化临床护理带教在消化内科的实施及体会

摘    要:目的探讨规范化临床护理带教模式在消化内科带教中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011~2013年60例在我院实习护生的资料,按照护生入院时间分为观察组(2012年7月-2013年6月)及对照组(2011年7月~2012年6月),各30例,对照组护生采用常规带教模式,观察组护生采用规范化临床护理带教模式,带教结束后护生对带教老师的教学能力及科研能力进行评价,带教老师对护生进行出科专业理论考试及整体护理综合考核。结果观察组带教老师教学能力及科研能力得分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组护生小科专业理论考试及整体护理综合考核得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论规范化临床护理带教模式对师资队伍建设有积极作用,有利于提高实习护生的护理专业理论及专业实践能力,是提高临床教学水平的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of standardized clinical nursing teaching mode in the teaching of gastroenterology department. Methods The information of 60 practical nursing students in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All practical nursing students were divided into the observation group(from July 2012 to June 2013)and the control group(from July 2011 to June 2012) according to the admission time of nursing students,each group had 30 patients.The nursing students in the control group were used the conventional nursing teaching mode, while the nursing students in the observation group were used the standardized clinical nursing teaching mode. The teacher's teaching ability and research capacity were evaluated by the nursing students after the teaching,and the nursing student's professional theory test and overall care comprehensive assessment were evaluated by the teachers before the nursing students left the department. Results The score of teaching ability and research capacity of teachers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.05);The score of professional theory test and overall care comprehensive assessment of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The standardized clinical nursing teaching mode has a positive effect on the construction of teacher team,helps to improve practical nursing student's nursing professional theory and professional practice ability,and is an effective way to improve the level of clinical teaching.
