康妇消炎栓配合广谱抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨康妇消炎栓配合广谱抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床治疗效果,为盆腔炎的治疗提供理论参考依据。方法对我院自2011年12月～2012年12月期间收治的86例盆腔炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组43例。给予对照组患者奥硝唑以及氧氟沙星进行治疗;观察组患者在对照组给药的基础上,同时给予患者康妇消炎栓治疗。制定疗效判定标准,评价两组给药的临床治疗效果。结果采用广谱抗生素联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗的观察组患者治疗总有效率为93．02％,单独采用广谱抗生素进行治疗的对照组患者治疗总有效率为69．77％,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康妇消炎栓联合广谱抗生素对盆腔炎具有显著的临床治疗效果,治疗有效率高,用药简单、方便、易行,患者依从性好,提高了患者的生活质量,具有临床推广应用价值。

Analysis on clinical efficacy of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with broad- spectrum antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation, in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with pelvic inflammation who were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and there were 43 patients in each group. The patients of the control group were treated with ornidazole and ofloxacin,while the patients of the observation group were treated with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated by using the criteria of curative effects. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group who were treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository was 93.02%,while that of patients in the control group who were treated with only broad-spectrum antibiotics was 69.77%,and the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈： 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammation has significant clinical effect,and the treatment effective rate is high,and is simple, eonvient,good compliance of patients,and increase the quality of patients＇ life,and has the clinical anolication valn,~
