两种口腔纤维桩在口腔修复中的效果比较

目的对比分析预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩在口腔修复手术中的应用效果。方法选取2010年8月～2013年8月来本院口腔科进行活动义齿修复和固定义齿修复的100例患者为研究对象，按统计学规律随机等分为研究A组和对照B组，完善相关术前检查后，对研究A组给予预成纤维桩进行修复，对照B组给予可塑纤维桩进行修复，按照相关成功标准对比两者的有效率。结果采用预成纤维桩修复的患者效果（98％）明显优于采用可塑纤维桩的对照组（84％），差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．985，P〈0．05）。结论预成纤维桩因弹性好、强度高、不变色，操作更简单，适用范围更广，值得在临床中更广泛的应用，提高生活质量。

A comparative study on the effects of two different fiber posts in the rehabilitation of mouth

Objective To compare the effects of prefabricated fiber post and custom made fiber post in the mouth rehabilitation. Methods 100 patients who received removable denture rehabilitation and fixed denture rehabilitation in our hospital from August 2008 to August 2013 were selected for this study, all the patients were randomly divided into study group A and control group B equally, patients in group A were conducted with prefabricated fiber post, patients in group B were conducted with custom made fiber post.The related factors were recorded. The effective rate of prosthodontics were statistically analyzed. Results Group A＇s effective rate of prosthodontics was significantly higher than group B＇s, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ x2=4.985, P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion Prefabricated fiber post can definitely improve the quality of life and it is worthy of promotion in the clinic, because it is good elasticity, high strength, non-discolouring, easy operating and can be used widely.
