摘 要: | 目的建立柴黄双解颗粒薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量标准提供实验依据。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法鉴别方中黄芩、大黄、青蒿、大青叶和草果。结果薄层色谱鉴别中色谱斑点清晰,阴性空白无干扰。结论所建立的鉴别方法专属性强,方法可靠,可作为柴黄双解颗粒的定性控制方法。

Abstract: | Objective To estabLish a method of identification for chai huang shuang jie GranuLes and provide a basis for deveLoping its quaLity standard. Methods AstragaLus, Rhubarb, Artemisia annua L , Isatis indigotica Fortune , Amomumtsao-ko were identified by TLC. Results The TLC figures were distinct with good resoLution and no disturbance negative group. Conclusion The method is reLiabLe,accurate,specific and can be used for quaLity controL of the production. |
