腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎89例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Lc）治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎的手术技巧。方法对我院2012年1～12月89例胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎患者施行LC操作经验进行总结分析，并与2011年1～12月期间收治的行开腹手术的胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎患者71例进行对比分析。结果行LC的患者成功完成LC者87例（97．75％），中转开腹2例（2．25％）。手术时间（46±9）min，住院时间（5．0±1．3）d。行开腹手术者，手术时间（59±10）min，住院时间（9．1±2．3）d。结论胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎行LC是安全可行的，熟练掌握LC操作技巧可提高手术成功率。

Clinical analysis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of 89 cases with cholecystolithiasis associated with acute cholecystitis

Objective To investigate the surgical skill of laparoscopic eholecystectomy（LC） in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis associated with acute cholecystitis. Methods The operatipn experience of LC for 89 cases with cholecystolithiasis associated with acute cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were summarized and analyzed, and which were compared with 71 cases with cholecystolithiasis associated with acute cholecystitis underwent the laparotomy from January 2011 to December 2011. Results Among the patients underwent the LC, there were 87 cases（97.75%） who completed the LC successfully, and 2 cases（2.25%） who were converted to the laparotomy, and the operation time was （46 ± 9）min, the length of stay was （5.0± 1.3）d. Among the patients underwent the laparotomy, the operation time was （59 ±10）min, the length of stay was （9.1 ± 2.3）d. Conclusion LC for cholecystolithiasis associated with acute cholecystitis is safe and effective. Skilled procedure of LC may improve the success rate of operation.
