注射式人工晶体与硬性人工晶体植入的临床观察

目的　观察注射式植入可折叠人工晶体的临床效果。方法　对 2 44例 ( 2 85眼 )白内障超声乳化手术后患者中的 12 8例 ( 15 3眼 )行 2 .8mm切口注射式植入可折叠人工晶体 ,另116例 ( 13 2眼 )在 2 .8mm切口基础上扩大至 5 .5～ 6.0mm ,植入后房型PMMA硬性人工晶体。结果　注射式组术后 7d视力≥ 0 .5者占 80 .4% ,随访 3个月视力≥ 0 .5者占 88.8%与PMMA组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,且注射式组术后炎症反应轻 ,早期视功能恢复快。结论　注射式植入可折叠人工晶体比硬性人工晶体植入术效果优越

Clinical observation on implantation of foldable IOL with injector versus PMMA-IOL lens

Objective It is to observe the clinical effects of the implantation of foldable intraocular lens (IOL) with phacoemulsification.Methods In 244 patients (285 eyes) operated with phacoemulsification, 128 patients (153 eyes) received a foldable IOL through a 2.8 mm incision while 116 patients (132 eyes) received PMMA-IOL through a 5.5-6.0 mm incision. Results Seven days postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 80.4 per cent of the foldable-IOL-patients and it increased to 88.8 per cent tree months after surgery. Compared with PMMA-IOL-patients, it showed significant difference (P<0.01). Furthermore, fewer complications were found and recovery of visual acuity was rapid in foldable IOL-patients. Conclusion The clinical effect of implanting foldable IOL is better than that of implanting PMMA-IOL.
