早发型子痫前期的治疗及母婴预后分析

目的 通过分析早发型子痫前期的治疗及母婴的预后,了解发病孕周、保守治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周与孕妇并发症、胎婴儿的预后之间的关系.方法 回顾性分析2001年1月～2005年6月南京医科大学第一附属医院妇产科妊娠34周前发生子痫前期的27例病例资料,以32孕周为界分为两组:A组32～34周,B组＜32周,就发病孕周、保守治疗时间、终止妊娠孕周、并发症、胎儿及新生儿预后进行分析.结果 两组患者在孕妇年龄、孕产次、血压无明显差异的情况下,可行保守治疗的时间差异有显著性(P＜0.05),B组的并发症多于A组,且新生儿预后也明显差于A组.结论 子痫前期发生的时间越早,并发症的发生率及严重程度也随之增加,胎婴儿的预后与发病孕周及孕龄有着重要的相关性.

Analysis of the expectant management of early onset of pre-eclampsia and maternal-fetal outcomes

Objective To analysis of the expectant management of early onset of pre-eclampsia and maternal-fetal outcomes,help to explore the relationship between the occurred time of gestional weeks,conservative treatment time,termination time of pregnancy,pregnancy complications and maternal-fetal outcomes.Methods Retrospective analysis on 27 cases,occurred time before 34 gestational weeks,divided into two groups:A group,32-34 gestational weeks;B group,before 32 gestational weeks.To analysis the occurred gestational weeks,conservative treatment time,termination time of pregnancy,pregnancy complications and fetal outcomes.Results There was significant difference between the two groups of the conservative treatment time.B group's pregnancy complications was much more than A group's,and fetal outcomes was much worse than A group's.Conclusions The ealier occurred time of pre-eclampsia,the much higher incidence rate and more serious of complications.There is important correlation between fetal outcomes and the occurred gestational weeks.
