大补阴颗粒对阴虚火旺证模型大鼠的滋阴泻火作用

摘    要:目的:探讨大补阴颗粒对甲亢型阴虚火旺证模型大鼠的滋阴泻火作用。方法:用大剂量甲状腺素造阴虚火旺证动物模型,比较观察大补阴颗粒和大补阴丸对阴虚火旺证模型大鼠的影响。结果:阴虚火旺证模型大鼠血清T3、T4、cAMP含量,cAMP/cGMP比值,肝组织Na^ -K^ -ATPase活性以及子宫、卵巢组织重量指数明显增高,胸腺、肾上腺组织重量指数、cGMP含量则明显降低,大补阴颗粒和大补阴丸均能不同程度地改善阴虚火旺证大鼠上述各项指标的异常变化。结论:代谢调控异常、能量利用和性器官发育亢进,可以认为是阴虚火旺证大鼠的重要特征性变化;大补阴颗粒和大补阴丸能不同程度改善阴虚火旺证大鼠上述特征性变化。

Abstract:Study on effects of nourishing Yin and releasing Huo of Dabuyin Granule in rat model of deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Huo. Methods: A deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Huo rat model was established using high dose thyroxin, the effect of high、medium、low dose of Dabuyin Granule and Dabuyin Wan on this model was studied. Results: In model group, contents of T3、T4、cAMP in serum, ratio of cAMP/cGMP, activity of Na+-K+-ATPase in liver and weight-index of matrix、ovary were much higher, while weight-index of thymus gland、adrenal gland, contents of cGMP in serum were much lower than control group. High、medium、low dose of Dabuyin Granule and Dabuyin Wan could correct abnormal change of model rats, effects of high、medium dose of Dabuyin Granule were analogous to Dabuyin Wan while effects of low dose of Dabuyin Granule were lower than Dabuyin Wan. Conclusion: Abnormal metabolic regulation、hyper-function of energy usage and development of sexual organs are important characteristic changes in rat model of deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Huo; Dabuyin Granule and Dabuyin Wan can improve characteristic changes of model rats on different degree.
