| 摘 要： | 目的：通过业务流程重组(BPR)优化护理管理。方法：采用流程重组中“系统性重新整合”的方法，对护理管理、门急诊、病区护理工作流程重组。结果：通过重组改变了组织结构，使业务流程简单明了，提高了工作效率。结论：在确保医疗服务质量的前提下，对原有的一些不合理的护理管理流程进行重组，可以提高护理质量和工作率效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the nursing management through BPR. Methods: The systematic reengineering method in BPR is proposed to reintegrate the workflow of the nursing management, nursing in outpatient department and nursing in ward. Results: After being reengineered, the organization structure is modified, the process is simplified and work effciency is raised. Conclusion: It is profitable and feasible to implement BPR on the nursing management. |
