| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经筋刀治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月120例类风湿性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组60例(西药治疗),观察组60例(经筋刀治疗),对比2组的疗效、DAS28评分。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者DAS28评分差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过对风湿性关节炎患者采用经筋刀治疗,能够有效缓解其疼痛感,提高临床治疗效果,临床应用价值较高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of meridian knife in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method From January 2019 to December 2019,120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was given western medicine,and the observation group received meridian knife therapy.The curative effect and DAS28 score of the two groups were compared.Result The effective rates of the two groups were 83.33%and 96.67%respectively(P<0.05).The difference of DAS28 between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The meridian knife in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively alleviate the sense of degree,improve the clinical effect of treatment,and has higher clinical application value. |
