芩蓟凉血合剂治疗出血性痔病临床研究

目的通过芩蓟凉血合剂与痔宁片随机对照研究,评估芩蓟凉血合剂治疗出血性痔病的临床疗效。方法将符合研究诊断标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(31例,其中1例脱落),分别进行芩蓟凉血合剂和痔宁片治疗。评价2组患者的出血改善情况、痔核大小及脱出情况、临床疗效等,为临床治疗出血性痔病提供安全有效的用药选择。结果 2组患者基线水平一致,无统计学差异,可行临床平行对照研究。治疗组较对照组能明显缓解痔病出血症状,有统计学差异(F=166.67,P<0.05);能明显缓解痔核充血,亦有统计学差异(Z=-3.396,P<0.05);且2组痔核大小、脱出回纳症状比较,亦有统计学差异(Z=-4.265,P<0.05;Z=-2.169,P<0.05);随访3个月,治疗组较对照组治愈率高,差异有统计学意义(χ²=6.443,P<0.05)。结论芩蓟凉血合剂能明显缓解痔病出血症状,黏膜充血易恢复、痔核易缩小、痔核脱出明显好转,且治愈率较高,为临床治疗出血性痔病的优先选择。

A Clinical Controlled Study on Qinji Liangxue Mixture and Zhining Tablets in the Treatment of Bleeding Hemorrhoids

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinji Liangxue mixture and Zhining tablets in the treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids by randomized controlled trial.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(29 cases)and the control group(31 cases,1 case failed),and they were treated with Qinji Liangxue mixture and Zhining tablets respectively.The improvement of bleeding,the size and prolapse of the nucleus,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated for providing safe and effective medication options for clinical treatment of hemorrhagic rickets.Results The baseline levels of the two groups were consistent,and there was no statistical difference.A clinical parallel controlled study was feasible.According to statistical analysis,the treatment group(Qinji Liangxue mixture)can significantly alleviate the bleeding symptoms compared with the control group(Zhining tablets),and the statistics are different(F=166.67,P<0.05).The treatment group can significantly alleviate the nucleus congestion,and there were also differences(Z=-3.396,P<0.05).The size of the nucleus of the two groups were significantly different(Z=-4.265,P<0.05;Z=-2.169,P<0.05).After following-up for3 months,the treatment group had a higher cure rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.443 a,P<0.05).Conclusion Qinji Liangxue mixture can significantly alleviate the bleeding symptoms of hemorrhoids,recovery of mucosal congestion easily,reduction of sputum nucleus easily,improvement of sputum nucleus prolapse,and has high cure rate,which is the preferred choice for clinical treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids.
