活血消肿利水法治疗中风患者初期褥疮的护理体会

中风是脑病科的常见病和多发病,多存在意识及认知功能障碍,长期卧床易致脏腑功能减弱,加之局部受压,出现气血亏虚,脉络瘀滞,血液循环不畅,局部皮肤及皮下组织营养供应障碍,日久致皮肤破损而发为褥疮,若失治误治可继发感染而危及生命。因此,对于褥疮应尽早干预,积极治疗,防治病变恶化。笔者针对中风患者初期褥疮采用活血消肿利水法进行治疗,取得了较满意的护理效果。

Nursing Experience of Promoting Blood Circulation and Reducing Swelling for Diuresis Method in Treating Early Bedsores in Patients with Stroke

Stroke is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the department of encephalopathy.It often has consciousness and cognitive dysfunction.Long-term bedridden can easily weaken the viscera function.In addition,local compression causes qi and blood deficiency,choroid stasis,poor blood circulation,and skin nutrition obstacles to supply,prolonged skin damage and become bedsores,and severely infected persons can be life-threatening.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene as soon as possible for bed sores and actively treat it to prevent the disease from worsening.The author used promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling for diuresis method to treat early bedsores in patients with stroke,and achieved satisfactory nursing effect.
