清金化痰汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染临床观察

目的探讨清金化痰汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效。方法选择2016年7月-2018年7月接受治疗的急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染患儿共90例,依随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用阿奇霉素+布地奈德治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合清金化痰汤治疗。对比2组治疗后临床疗效与治疗前后的炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(97.78%)较对照组(82.22%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CRP、IL-6水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎伴肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患儿的中医证候,减轻炎症反应。

Clinical Observation on Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with azithromycin in the Treatment of Acute Bronchitis and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with azithromycin on children with acute bronchitis and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 90 children with acute bronchitis and mycoplasma pneumoniae who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin and budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Qingjin Huatan decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared with the levels of inflammatory factorsC-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6)]before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(97.78%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with azithromycin on children with acute bronchitis and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is significant,and it can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and reduce the inflammatory response in children.
