扶正化瘀胶囊对原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者肝功能与免疫功能的影响

目的分析原发性胆汁性肝硬化采用扶正化瘀胶囊治疗对肝功能与免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年8月—2017年2月收治的88例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者,随机分为2组,对照组仅采用熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,对比2组治疗前后肝功能与免疫功能变化情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组治疗后TBA、TBIL、GGT、ALP、AST、ALT更低(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组治疗后IgM、IgG更低(P<0.05)。结论原发性胆汁性肝硬化采用扶正化瘀胶囊治疗利于改善患者肝功能与免疫功能,值得推广。

Influence of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule on Liver Function and Immune Function in Patients with Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

Objective To analyze the effects of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on liver function and immune function in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with primary biliary cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid alone.On the basis of the group,the observation group applied Fuzheng Huayu capsule.The changes of liver function and immune function before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the TBA,TBIL,GGT,ALP,AST and ALT were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the IgM and IgG were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule is beneficial to improve liver function and immune function in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.
