通窍蠲痛汤治疗气滞血瘀痰阻型偏头痛临床研究

目的观察通窍蠲痛汤治疗气滞血瘀痰阻型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将80例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组40例在氟桂利嗪基础上加用通窍蠲痛汤治疗,观察2组治疗后1个月临床疗效、中医证候疗效,同时比较停药后3个月的远期预防性疗效。结果治疗后1个月治疗组临床疗效、中医证候疗效较对照组均有明显的改善(P<0.05),同时治疗组停药3个月的远期预防性疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时对照组治疗1个月与停药3个月在临床症状、中医症状积分上相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍蠲痛汤治疗气滞血瘀痰阻型偏头痛,可明显减轻偏头痛的临床症状,改善中医症状,提高患者的生活质量,可用于偏头痛发作期及缓解期的预防性治疗。

Clinical Study on Tongqiao Juantong Decoction in the Treatment of Migraine with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis and Phlegm Obstruction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Juantong decoction in the treatment of migraine with qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm obstruction.Methods 80 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine capsule,and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongqiao Juantong decoction on the basis of flunarizine.The clinical effect and TCM syndrome effect of the two groups were observed one month after treatment,and the long-term preventive effect of 3 months after drug withdrawal was compared between the two groups.Results One month after treatment,the clinical effect and TCM syndrome effect in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the long-term preventive effect evaluation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and TCM symptom scores between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Juantong decoction can obviously reduce the clinical symptoms of migraine,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of migraine patients with migraine caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm stagnation.It can be used in the preventive treatment of migraine in attack and remission stage.Without traditional Chinese medicine,migraine is easy to repeat or the curative effect is reduced.
