中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

目的研究中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者116例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组患者采用口服氯雷他定、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用醒窍益气汤方法进行治疗,2组患者治疗时间均4周。将2组患者治疗效果及治疗前后鼻部症状、体征积分情况进行比较。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组鼻部症状及体征积分均较治疗前下降,且观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对过敏性鼻炎采用中西医结合治疗可显著改善鼻部通气功能、减轻临床症状及体征,提高患者免疫功能,降低复发风险,值得借鉴。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To study the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis.Methods 116 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=58).The patients in the control group were treated with oral loratadine and molisone furfurate nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with Xingqiao Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the score of nasal symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was observed.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms and the sign points of the two groups were lower than that of before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the nasal ventilation function,reduce the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the immune function of the patient,and reduce the risk of recurrence.
