大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果

目的研究大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的临床效果。方法选择2019年2月—2019年7月收治的76例急性胰腺炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组38例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷的中医护理干预。观察2组肠鸣音恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、血尿淀粉酶复常时间和排气与排便恢复时间及住院时间。结果观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、排气与排便恢复时间均较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血尿淀粉酶复常时间与住院时间均较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性胰腺炎患者在常规治疗与护理基础上应用大黄灌肠联合芒硝外敷中医护理干预,能够有效促进患者肠鸣音恢复,缓解患者腹痛症状,缩短其住院时间,值得应用推广。

Observation on the Effect of Rhubarb Enema Combined with Mirabilite External Application on the Nursing of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of rhubarb enema combined with mirabilite topical application in the nursing of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 76 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention of rhubarb enema combined with mirabilite external application on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of relief of abdominal pain, the time of recovery of hematuria and amylase, the recovery time of exhaust and defecation and the length of hospital stay were observed. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of relief of abdominal pain, the time of recovery of hematuria and amylase, the recovery time of exhaust and defecation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recovery time and hospitalization time of serum and urine amylase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute pancreatitis, the application of rhubarb enema combined with mirabilite external application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of bowel sounds, relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and shorten the length of hospital stay. It is worthy of application and promotion.
