柴胡桂枝汤配合针刺治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫临床研究

目的观察柴胡桂枝汤治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫的疗效,探讨从少阳论治本病的科学性。方法将202例患者随机分为2组,各101例。治疗组给予柴胡桂枝汤结合针刺治疗,对照组给予针刺治疗。治疗前及治疗后每周根据中医症状疗效标准(面瘫自身健侧对照评分法)进行面功能评定,对比2组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈患者平均针刺(14.8±3.7)次,优于对照组的(22.9±8.3)次(P<0.05);治疗组第4周、5周、6周内痊愈率分别为84.2%、95%、96%,对照组分别为32.7%、38.6%,65.3%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在第5周、6周评分≤12分的患者人数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在针刺基础上加用柴胡桂枝汤,可以明显缩短急性期风寒型周围性面瘫患者的疗程,提高痊愈率。

Clinical Study on Chaihu Guizhi Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Wind-cold Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis,and to explore the scientific nature of treating this disease from Shaoyang.Methods 202 patients were randomly divided into groups,with 101 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.Facial function was assessed according to TCM symptoms efficacy criteria(self-contralateral scoring method for facial paralysis)before and every week after treatment,and the curative effects of the two methods were compared.Results The average number of acupuncture in the treatment group was(14.8±3.7)times,which was better than(22.9±8.3)times in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rates of the treatment group were 84.2%,95%and 96%in the 4 th,5 th and 6 th weeks respectively,and those of the control group were 32.7%,38.6%,65.3%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of patients whose scores were less than 12 in the 5 th and 6 th week between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of acupuncture,Chaihu Guizhi decoction can significantly shorten the course of treatment of acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis and improve the recovery rate.
