硝苯地平控释片对肝源性溃疡的治疗探讨

目的 :探讨硝苯地平控释片对肝源性溃疡愈合的影响。方法 :肝源性溃疡 43例 ,随机分为治疗组 (A组 ) 2 2例 ,用硝苯地平控释片加法莫替丁口服治疗 ;对照组 2 1例 (B组 ) ,用VitB6加法莫替丁口服治疗。并用99mTc—甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)直肠—门脉显像法无创伤性测定门脉压并做了用药前后的对比。结果 :硝苯地平控释片可明显提高肝源性溃疡愈合率 ,与对照组相比具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;用药前门脉压为 (2 96 0±1 0 17)kPa ,用药后门脉压为 (2 2 2 8± 0 0 43)kPa (P <0 0 1)。结论 :硝苯地平控释片有助于肝源性溃疡愈合 ,且有明显降低门脉压作用。

Evaluation on the Curative Effect of Release-Controlled Nifedipi ne on Hepatogenic Ulcer

Objective:To evaluate the cura tive effect of release-controlled nifedipine on hepatogenic ulcer.Methods:43 cas es of hepatic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups;group A(22 cases)were treated with release-controlled nifedipine and famotidine and basic therapy;grou p B(21 cases)were treated with vitamin B6 and famotidine therapy and basic the ra py.and we measured portal tension of patients with hepatogenic ulcer before and after given drugs and evaluated its curative effect in lowering portal hypertens ion by nuclide rectum portal imaging with 99mTc-MIBI.Results:Group A obviously increased effective rate of hepatogenic ulcer healed than that group B(P＜0.05).And the average portal tension was(2.960±1.017)kPa before gi ving drugs and(2.228±0.043)kPa after giving drugs(P＜0.01).Conclusion:R elease-controlled nifedipine is healed for hepatogenic ulcer,and can reduce port al hypertension distinctly.
