载脂蛋白E基因多态性及超敏C-反应蛋白与冠心病相关性分析

目的探讨载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠心病的相关性。方法对符合入选标准的30例冠心病中、老年患者及30例健康对照组,采用基因芯片技术,同时检测两组载脂蛋白E基因多态性及hsCRP,探讨它们之间的关系。结果 1、冠心病组与对照组比较,Eε2等位基因频率明显降低(P<0.05),Eε4等位基因频率升高(P<0.05);2、冠心病组hs-CRP水平与健康对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论联合监测ApoE基因多态性及血清hs-CRP含量,对防治冠心病有重要临床意义。

The correlation between apolipoprotein E(apoE) gene polymorphism,high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and coronary artery disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between apolipoprotein E（apoE） gene polymorphism,high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and coronary artery disease.Methods 30 elderly patients met the inclusion criteria of coronary artery disease and 30 healthy controls were enrolled in the study.The allele-specific multiplex polymerase chain reaction（PCR-multi-ARMS） was used to explore the relationship between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism,hs-CRP level and coronary artery disease.Results 1,Eε2 allele frequency in patients with coronary artery disease was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）,while Eε4 allele frequency higher（P0.05）;2,hs-CRP levels in the patients with coronary heart disease is significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Joint Monitoring ApoE gene polymorphism and serum hs-CRP levels have important clinical significance in prevention of coronary artery disease.
