《内经》“凡十一脏取决于胆”机制探析

在归纳《黄帝内经》颇具争议的“凡十一脏取决于胆”一语的诸家之见基础上,认为有两解可互参互补.其一,基于《素问·六节藏象论》以时节论脏腑的天人背景,同意以胆气应春,具生、升之气为解,此偏“气”之“取决”；其二,胆为中正之官取决论亦具意义,此偏“神”之“取决”.鉴于历来持后见者之释常语焉不详,笔者着重就中正与决断、决断与取决关系作了机制探析,或存启示.“神”与“气”,本就气能生神,神能驭气关系,两种见解,自可并行不悖,互为补充.
