| 摘 要： | 目的研究Survivin在SD大鼠神经管畸形发育中的表达变化及意义。方法建立过量维甲酸致SD大鼠神经管畸形发育模型,应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应和蛋白印迹技术检测Survivin基因、蛋白的表达和变化。结果 1.在所检测的四个时间点均有Survivin表达;2.与对照组相比较,致畸组Survivin蛋白和基因均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin可能在过量维甲酸所致大鼠神经管畸形发育中起细胞保护的作用。
