红霉素链霉菌抗噬菌体菌株的选育

摘    要:以红霉素链霉菌(Streptomyces erythreus)Dm65为出发菌株,经紫外线诱变处理,采用不接触噬菌体的影印方法,筛选到1株抗11种噬菌体的高产菌株。通过噬菌体的侵染试验和摇瓶发酵试验证明:其对11种噬菌体的抗性十分稳定;红霉素的发酵效价比对照菌株提高44%。该菌株在红霉素生产中投入使用后,有效地控制了噬菌体的污染。

Abstract:Streptomyces erythreus Dm65 was treated as a starting strain by UV radiation and a high-production strain that resisted 11 strains of phages was screened out by replica plating method in which phages were not contacted. Both infecting-test and shaking-flask fermentation test show that the screened strain had steady resistance to 11 strains of phages and the production of Erythromycin increased by 44% than Dm65.By using of this phage-resistant strain in large scale production could efficiently control the contaminating of phages.
