摘    要:目的:研究不同时间段内骨形态发生蛋白诱导犬自体移植气管软骨再生的作用.方法:36只杂种犬,随机分为A,B两组,颈部切去5个气管环,A组气管环间植入重组人骨形态发生蛋白2/胶原复合物,B组为空白对照组,然后植入自体腹腔大网膜中.在术后1,2,3,5,9,12wk分别从两组中各取3例移植段气管行组织学检查和骨钙素(BGP)的放免测定.结果:rhBMP2植入区内软骨再生存在于移植后的各个时间段,且以术后2wk至5wk较为明显.两组标本BGP水平测定均随着时间的延长而增高,除术后1wk无显著性差异(P>0.05),其余各时间段两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05).结论:rhBMP2可诱导气管移植段软骨再生,但在不同时间段的作用效果不同.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the different effects of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 in autograft to induce new cartilage formation at different intervals. METHODS: Thirty-six mongrel dogs were randomly divided into group A and B, five ring cervical tracheal segment was harvested as the graft and transplanted into the omentum. rhBMP-2 with collagen as a carrier was injected into the soft tissue between cartilaginous rings in Group A. All the animals were sacrificed in the 1, 2, 3, 5 ,9 and 12 postoperative week respectively, the postmortem specimens were examined histologically and quantitive measurement of ostcocalcium(BGP) level. RESULTS: Chondroregeneration occured in rhBMP-2 injected area at all intervals, more new cartilage was induced from 2 to 5 postoperative week. BGP level increased with the extention of time in every group, except 1 postoperative week(P>0.05), group A were significantly higher than group B at other intervals(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The rhBMP-2 could induce new cartilage formation in the tracheal graft, but its effects were different at different intervals.
