1500例乳腺肿块细针吸取细胞学检查的临床应用

目的探讨细针吸取细胞学检查在乳腺肿块中的应用价值。方法复习乳腺肿物细针吸取细胞学检查1500例。与其中手术后获病理组织学诊断的415例做对照比较。结果1500例全部为女性，年龄11-88岁，平均38．6岁。415例手术病例中组织学为良性病变的197例中，细胞学诊断有1例不符，诊断为癌。组织学诊断为恶性肿瘤的218例，细胞学诊断有6例不符，诊断为良性。本组的敏感性、特异性、总准确度、假阴性和假阳性分别为97．25％，99．49％，98．31％，2．75％，和0．51％。结论细针吸取细胞学对乳腺肿物诊断具安全、可靠等优点，可作为乳腺肿物常规检查手段，值得推广应用。

Clinical Application of Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology in 1500 Cases of Breast Tumour

Objective To discuss the application value of fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) in the breast tumor.Method 1500 cases of breast tumor with fine needle aspiration cytology were reviewed.Among these,415 cases with the pathological and histological diagnosis were compared.Result All cases were female,aged ranging from 11 to 88 and averaged 38.6 year-old.Out of 415 cases,197 cases were benign lesion and only one case was not consistent with cytologic diagnosis,which was diagnosed as carcinoma by cytology;218 cases were malignant lesion and only 6 cases were not consistent with cytologic diagnosis,which were diagnosed as benign lesion by cytology.The diagnostic sensitivity,diagnostic specificity,overall accuracy,pseudo-negative and pseudo-positive results of FNAC were 97.25%,99.49%,98.31%,2.75%,and 0.51%,respectively.Conclusion Fine needle aspiration cytology has such advantages in the diagnosis of breast tumor as safety and reliability.It may be used routinely in the diagnosis of the breast tumor.
