| 摘 要： | 目的观察热痹通片联合伤科黄水治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,两组基础治疗相同。治疗组口服热痹通片、外敷伤科黄水治疗;对照组给予秋水仙碱、扶他林治疗。疗程均为7 d。结果治疗组的临床疗效与对照组相当,两组治疗后血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)改善无差异,治疗组降血尿酸(BUA)优于对照组。结论热痹通片联合伤科黄水治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Rebitong Tablet and Shangkehuangshui in the treatment of the Acute Gouty Arthritis.Methods 80 patients were randomly allocated to 2 groups.The treatment group was treated by Rebitong Tablet and Shangkehuangshui,and the controlled group was treated by colchicines and voltaren,all for 7 days.Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was equivalent to the controlled group.The difference in the decrease of ESR and C-reactive protein between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),but the treatment group had an advantage of decreasing blood urine acid than the controlled group.Conclusion Rebitong Tablet and Shangkehuangshui have outstanding effect in the treatment of the injury of Acute Gouty Arthritis. |
