| 摘 要： | 本文用ＤＮＡ抗原诱导ＳＬＥ患者的ＰＢＭＣ分泌抗ｄｓＤＮＡ抗体的模型，研究了中药雷公藤治疗ＳＬＥ的作用机理，发现雷公藤单体能强烈地抑制患者细胞分泌特异性（ａｎｔｉ－ｄｓＤＮＡ）和非特异性抗体（ＩｇＧ），且大于甲基强的松龙的抑制效果。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of SLE treated by traditional chinese medicine-Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook(TWH)has been studied by using the model that DNA antigen induce SLE PBMC to secret anti-dsDNA antibody.It's shown that the monomers of TWH could strongly inhibite the lymphocyte from SLE patients secreting specific(anti-dsDNA)and nonspecific(IgG)antibodies and their inhibition effects are more than Methylprednisolone. |
