| 摘 要： | 目的：了解黄疸患儿新生儿溶血病（HDN）的发病率，HDN 血型血清学结果与临床诊断符合程度。方法采用微柱凝胶法对276例母婴血型不合的黄疸患儿进行血型血清学3项检测：直接抗球蛋白试验、游离抗体试验及抗体释放试验。结果临床诊断为 HDN 108例，阳性率为39．13％。患儿出生后0～2 d 内阳性检出率最高为50．00％。结论血型血清学试验可为新生儿溶血病的早期诊断、治疗提供依据，尽早采集患儿标本可提高阳性诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the incidence of hemolytic disease in newborn （HDN）among the newborns with jaundice and the coincidence degree of the blood group serological results and the clinical diagnosis in HDN.Methods The microcolumn gel method was adopted to detect the 3 serological indexes in 276 jaundice newborns of maternal fetal blood group incompatibility,in-cluding the direct antiglobulin test,free antibody test and antibody release test.Results 108 cases of HDN were clinically diagnosed with the positive rate of 39.13%.The positive detection rate in newborns with 0-2 d old was highest（50.00%）.Conclusion The serological test can provide the basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of HDN.Collecting the specimen as early as possible can improve the positive diagnosis rate of HDN. |
