舒适护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果

目的探讨舒适护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月~2020年1月于我院就诊的120例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组给予舒适护理,比较两组患者的血压水平变化及SAS、SDS评分。结果护理前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血压水平,缓解患者负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing of patients with hypertension of pregnancy

Objective To explore application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing of patients with hypertension of pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with hypertension of pregnancy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The levels of blood pressure and the scores of SAS,SDS were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in scores of SAS,SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of patients with hypertension of pregnancy is significant,can improve the blood pres sure level of patients and alleviate the negative em otions of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
