| 摘 要： | 工业化、全球化进程加剧了环境污染和生态破坏。健康危害因素的多元化,使得加强公共卫生体系建设的要求更加迫切。新医改意见于不久前出台,"全面加强公共卫生体系建设"放在了医药卫生四大体系之首,要求各地制定具体措施,推进改革进程。本文通过分析国内尤其是东莞市公共卫生现状,提出东莞市深化公共卫生体制改革六项策略。
