| 摘 要： | 目的 研究脑脊液(CSF)结核抗体(PPD-IgG)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、脑脊液糖与血糖比值在鉴别诊断结核性与病毒性脑膜炎方面的应用价值。方法 对156例结核性脑膜炎，42例病毒性脑膜炎患者脑脊液PPD-IgG、ADA、脑脊液糖与血糖比值的检测结果进行回顾性对比研究。结果 脑脊液PPD-IgG、ADA、脑脊液糖与血糖比值三者对诊断结核性脑膜炎的敏感性分别为84．6％(132／156)、95．5％(149／156)、97．4％(152／156)；特异性分别为100％、71．4％和92．9％。结论 脑脊液PPD-IgG、ADA、脑脊液糖与血糖的比值对鉴别诊断结核性与病毒性脑膜炎具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the applied value of PPD IgG?ADA in CSF and CSF blood glucose ratio for differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and viral meningitis. Methods:156 patients with tuberculosis and 42 patients with viral meningitis were analyzed respectively.The PPD IgG?ADA of CSF and CSF blood glucose ratio were compared respectively. Result: The sensitivities of PPD IgG, ADA in CSF and CSF blood glucose ratio for diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis were respectively 84 6%(132/156), 95 5%(149/156) and 97 4%(152/156).The specificities of them were respectively 100%, 71 4% and 92 9%. Conclusion: The PPD IgG, ADA in CSF and CSF blood glucose ratio are good indexes for differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and viral meningitis. |
