| 摘 要： | 目的探讨理疗配合介入治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法59例患者采用Seldinger穿刺技术行超选择股骨头供血动脉插管行介入治疗,介入治疗后常规行患侧髋关节理疗。结果59例患者治疗后髋部疼痛及关节功能障碍均有不同程度的减轻及改善;病变区血管分支增多、增粗;影像随访显示股骨头坏死部分均有不同程度修复。结论物理疗法配合介入治疗早期股骨头坏死能进一步缓解患者症状,更有效的改善关节功能,对降低股骨头坏死致残率,提高患者的生活质量有非常重要的临床意义,值得临床进一步推广应用。
