种植体周围袋中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的PCR检测及临床意义

目的：分析牙周健康者龈沟内和种植体周围炎患者周围袋内牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Porphyromonas gin-givalis,P.g）的含量与检出率,探讨P.g在种植体周围炎患者中的分布及其致病机理,从而为该病诊断、治疗和疗效评估提供依据。方法：收集60名牙周健康者、8例慢性种植体周围炎患者的龈下菌斑,采用免疫荧光定量16SRNA PCR方法检测P.g的含量与分布。结果：牙周健康者P.g的检出率为8.33%,平均Ct值为0.0126±0.000;而慢性种植体周围炎患者P.g的检出率为87.04%,平均Ct值为0.0543±0.0018。慢性种植体周围炎患者病变位点P.g的检出率和平均Ct值明显高于牙周健康者（P〈0.001）。结论：P.g与慢性种植体周围炎的发生密切相关。

The PCR detection and clinic significance about Porphyromonas gingivalis in the patients with peri-implantitis

Objective： we can provide the basis for evaluation in peri-implantitis diagnosis and treatment through exploring the peri-implant pathogenesis and analysing the distribution prevalance and content of Porphyromonas gingivalis（P.g） in peri-implantitis patients and periodontally healthy adults.Method： Subgingival plaque samples were collected from 8 peri-implantitis patients and 60 periodontally healthy adults.P.g were detected by 16S rRNA polymerase chain reaction.Results： The prevalance of P.g differed significantly in patients with peri-implantitis and periodontally healthy adults（P 0.001）.The prevalance of P.g in disease sites of patients with peri-implantitis and periodontally healthy adults was 8.33% and 87.04% respectively.The Ct of P.g in peri-implantitis and periodontally healthy adults was 0.0126 and 0.0543±0.0018.Ct of P.g in peri-implantitis is higher than periodontally healthy adults（P 0.05）.Conclusion： These results indicate a possible association between chronical peri-implantitis disease and content of P.g,Implant denture need more special maintenance.
