应用应激理论护理CT增强扫描患者

目的为了探讨CT增强过程中患者的心理应激反应,寻求克服的方法,减少不良反应。方法对160例CT增强患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。检查前后采用HAMA评定量表评定患者心理状况,对照组采用常规护理;实验组在此基础上对患者采用谈话沟通和护理行为干预的形式,观测焦虑程度、血压、心率、不适及不良反应。结果实验组较对照组应激反应发生率及程度明显减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论通过心理应激反应评估干预,可以有效的克服心理应激反应。

Nursing of enhanced CT scanning patients using the theory of psychological stress

Objective To explore the patients' psychological stress response during enhanced CT scanning,and to search the countermeasures so as to reduce the adverse effects.Methods 160 patients who needed enhanced CT were divided into the control group and the experiment group.We adopted Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) to evaluate the patients' psychological state before and after the examination.The usual nursing was used in the control group.Besides the usual nursing,careful communication and nursing intervention were adopted in the experiment group.The degree of anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate,discomfort and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The response rate and degree of stress response in the experiment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group,showing a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions Proper evaluation of psychological stress response,communications and interventions can overcome the patients' psychological stress response during enhanced CT.
