| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颌骨骨折手术治疗新径路。方法 对 31例颌骨骨折采用口内切口微型钛板坚固内固定术 ,术后 1、3、6个月复诊摄X线片 ,观察骨折线对位愈合情况与咬合关系。结果 31例患者手术切口均一期愈合。X线片示骨折线对位良好。咬合关系恢复良好。结论 口内切口是治疗颌骨骨折的一种理想径路。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into a new incision in treating jaw fractures.Methods We used intraoral incision to fix 31 cases of jaw fractures with the mini plate.Through the X ray, we observed the relationship between the fracture line and occlusion in 1 month,3 months, and 6 months after the operation.Results All the incisions closed up in Stage I.The relationship between occlusion and fractrulines were good.Conclusion Intraoral incision is an ideal pathway in dealing with jaw fractures. |
