| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨系统性健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法：选择被诊断为乳腺癌且进行乳腺癌根治术术后患者86例,采用平衡设计法将患者进行匹配分组,分为干预组和对照组各43例,对照组采用常规方法进行健康教育,干预组进行系统性健康教育。分别比较干预组和对照组在健康教育前、后生存质量的差异。结果：健康教育前,干预组和对照组在生存质量各组成部分得分和总分方面无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;健康教育后,干预组在生存质量总分和社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、其他因素四个部分的得分均高于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：系统性健康教育可有效改善患者的生存质量,为临床护理工作提供一定参考。
