小儿肺热咳喘口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎的疗效观察

目的:观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:将180例支气管肺炎患儿随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组静脉滴注头孢曲松钠,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服小儿肺热咳喘口服液,疗程均为5d~7d。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93·3%、72·2%(P<0·01)。治疗组中仅1例出现轻度胃部不适,停药后自行消失。结论:小儿肺热咳喘口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效更佳。

Observation of Adjunctive Therapeutic Effect of Infantile Feirekechuan Oral Solution on Bronchopneumonia

OBJECTIVE:To observe the adjunctive therapeutic effect of infantile feirekechuan oral solution on bronˉchopneumonia.METHODS:All180cases of infantile bronchopneumonia were divided randomly into treatment and control group with average,the control group were dripped with ceftriaxone sodium,while the treatment group were dripped with ceftriaxone sodium combined with infantile feirekechuan oral solution,the course of treatment in both groups was5to7days.RESULTS:The total therapeutic effects in treatment group and control groups were93.3%and72.2%respectively(P<0.01).Only one case of slight stomach discomfort occurred in the treatment group,and it disappeared automatically after the drug withdrawl.CONCLUSION:It is preferable to treat infantile bronchopneumonia by using intravenous drip of ceftriaxone sodium combined with infantile feirekechuan oral solution.
