| 摘 要： | 目的：观察口服与静脉铁剂对尿毒症血液透析肾性贫血患者的疗效。方法：本院接受血液透析的60例尿毒症病人入选。病人随机分为两组,对照组28例,治疗组32例。两组均常规血液透析,使用r—HuEPO治疗,对照组口服琥珀酸亚铁,治疗组采用右旋糖酐铁静脉注射,疗程均为10周。结果：治疗10周后,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P〈0.01两组铁剂治疗10周后,治疗组血清铁指标：TSAT（转铁蛋白饱和度）、FT（血清铁）,贫血指标：Hb、Hct明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：静脉注射右旋糖酐铁临床疗效比口服琥珀酸亚铁疗效好,但其副作用相对也大,应注意合理应用。
