| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高治疗慢性腹泻的有效方法。方法将慢性腹泻患者200例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组100例采用温针灸特定穴治疗：对照组100例采用药物治疗。结果治疗组痊愈52例，显效34例，好转14例，总有效率为100％；对照组痊愈5例，显效23例，好转33例，无效39例，总有效率为61％。两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论温针灸特定穴治疗慢性腹泻总有效率优于药物治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek an effective method of treating chronic diarrhea. Methods Two hundred patients with chronic diarrhea who visited our department were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group of 100 cases received warm needling at specific points and the control group of 100 cases, medication.
