| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺血性中风痰证与血清C-反应蛋白及神经功能缺损的关系。方法:68例急性缺血性中风患者依据中医证候积分分为痰证组和非痰证组,比较两组患者的血清C-反应蛋白含量及神经功能缺损评分,并对痰证积分与C-反应蛋白含量进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:痰证组与非痰证组相比,血清C-反应蛋白含量及神经功能缺损评分均明显升高,有显著性差异(P0.05);痰证积分与C-反应蛋白含量呈显著正相关(r=0.427,P0.05)。结论:C-反应蛋白与缺血性中风痰证关系密切,可作为中风病痰证的客观指标之一。
