| 摘 要： | 目的：探索益气活血通络汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法：将108例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为两组，对照组予西医常规治疗处理4周，治疗组采用自拟益气活血通络汤加减治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率88．9％：对照组总有效率75．9％o两组疗效差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：益气活血通络汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果显著。

Effective analysis of treating chronic renal insufficiency with the Yiqi the Huoxue Tongluo decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. Methods： 108 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups, control group was treated with modem conventional treatment for 4 weeks, treatment group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction treatment, comparing the effects of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 88.9%; and 75,9% in control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） in two groups. Conclusion： The efficacy ofYiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction treating in chronic renal insufficiency was great. |
