| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维血管成像（MS-3DCTA）在主动脉病变中的临床应用价值。方法搜集65例主动脉病变患者CT图像资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用容积成像（VR）和多平面重组（MPR）及最大密度投影（MIP）等技术对图像进行后处理。结果主动脉夹层46例，真性主动脉瘤12例，假性主动脉瘤2例，主爿脉炎4例，马凡综合征1例。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像技术是主动脉病变诊断及术前评价有效的影像学检查方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore spiral CT angiography clinical value in the aortic lesions. Methods Collect 65 cases of aortic lesions Patients with CT image data, Were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with volumetric imaging （VR） and multi-planar reconstruction （MPR） maximum intensity projection （MIP） and other image processing. Results Aortic dissection in 46 cases, true aortic aneurysm in 12 cases, pseudo aortic aneurysm in 2 cases, aortitis 4 cases, marfan syndrome 1 case. Conclusion Mulfislice spiral CT angiography aortic disease diagnosis and preoperative evaluation effective method of imaging studies, with a high clinical value |
