| 摘 要： | 目的：观察局部排刺配合TDP照射治疗胫骨骨膜炎的疗效。方法：在患者小腿中段前内侧部位，指压寻找痛点，用一次性无菌针灸针，在痛处范围上下1cm处进针，形成左右间隔lcm，上下间隔0．5cm的排刺，配合TDP照射30min。结果：总有效率100％。结论：局部排刺配合TDP照射治疗胫骨骨膜炎临床效果明显，可应用于临床实践。

Treating 32 cases of tibial periostitis by topical row prick plus TDP irradiation |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of topical row prick plus TDP irradiation in treating tibial periostitis. Methods： In the medial part of patients＇ middle calf, find the pain point, then needled into the scope of the up and down lem with disposable sterile acupuncture, forming the rows prick plus the TDP irradiation for 30min to treat with the pain spot. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment was 100%. Conclusion： The treatment of tibial periostitis by topical row prick plus TDP irradiation has a obviously clinical efficacy which can be applied in clinical practice. |
