谷胱甘肽联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

目的 对谷胱甘肽联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效进行观察.方法 将2009年3月~2012年3月我院收治的52例非酒精性脂肪肝患者依治疗方式分为两组,治疗组27例,予谷胱甘肽联合二甲双胍治疗;对照组25例,予谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组的疗效以及两组治疗前后ALT、AST、GGT、TC、TG的变化情况.结果 治疗组ALT、AST、GGT、TC、TG降低程度均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.6%、76.0%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 谷胱甘肽联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效确切,可以明显改善肝功能及血脂水平,值得临床推广.

Efficacy of glutathione combined with metformin in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver

Objective To observe and analyze the glutathione efficacy of combined with metformin treatment of nonal- coholic fatty liver. Methods From March 2009 to March 2012, 52 cases non-alcoholic fatty liver patients were ran- domly divided into two groups, treatment group 27 cases of metformin and glutathione; control group （25 cases）, the ef- ficacy and the two groups before and after treatment ALT, AST and GGT, the TC, TG changes were compared between two groups.
